When I suck at stuff
Are there things you suck at? I know a lot of things I’m not very good at, and I mean it when I say, “a lot”.
It’s hard watching myself flail and fail at things I wish would come easily, so what do I do when I have to do things I suck at?
I grit my teeth and do my best anyway. Here’s why …
Sucking at something means you’ve tried it. It’s a lot better than not trying at all.
So, unless you’re a natural, you’ll fail when trying new stuff for the first time. It doesn’t mean you’re good for nothing. Keeping at it is a sure way to get better.
So, go do that thing you’ve always wanted to do. You may suck at it, and that’s okay. 👍
